Your registered phone number is your unique identity on Boro Jeet. It links your login, your OTPs, and your bKash/Nagad wallet.
Because it's so important (tied to your KYC Verification), you cannot change it in the Profile Settings.
This prevents hackers from stealing your account and changing the number to their own.
The Only Way to Change It: Live Chat
You must prove to the Customer Support team that you are the real owner.
Step 1: Prepare Verification Documents
Before you start the chat, have these ready:
- Old Number: The one currently on the account.
- New Number: The one you want to use (Must NOT be registered on Boro Jeet before).
- NID Card: Front and back photo.
- Last Deposit Proof: A screenshot of your last bKash/Nagad transaction ID.

Step 2: The Request Script
Open Live Chat and use this script:
"Hello, I lost my SIM card (Old Number: 017XXXXXXX). I need to update my account to my New Number (019XXXXXXX). I have my ID and deposit proof ready."
Step 3: SMS Verification
The agent will call or SMS your NEW number to verify it is active in your hand.
Once verified, they will update the system. This usually takes 14-48 hours.
Why Was My Request Rejected?
- Number Already Used: The new number is already linked to another Boro Jeet account (even an old one). You cannot recycle numbers.
- Security Mismatch: Your NID name does not match the account name.
- Active Bet: You cannot change details while a bet is live. Wait for it to settle.
