The urge to "get even" is strong. It is human nature.
But in betting, it is a death sentence.

The Death Spiral

  1. Start: You lose 1000 BDT on a cricket match.
  2. The Chase: "I need to win that 1000 back." You bet 2000 BDT on the next game.
  3. The Loss: You lose again. Now you are down 3000.
  4. The Panic: "I have to fix this." You bet 5000 (your last money) on a risky 3.0 odd bet.
  5. Zero: You lose. Game over.

Why Chasing Never Works

When you chase, you stop looking for Value. You only look for Odds that pay back your loss.
This blinds you. You ignore analysis. You bet on luck.

  • Logical Bettor: "Is this a good bet?"
  • Chasing Bettor: "Does this bet pay 3000 BDT?"

The Rule

If you lose a bet, Accept the Loss.
Consider it the cost of doing business. Tomorrow is a new day. A fresh start.
The money is gone. Do not try to resurrect it.
