If you have tried Live Chat, emailed Support, and even contacted a Manager, but your money is still unfairly confiscated...
It is time to go to the boss.

Most legitimate sites in Bangladesh (Boro Jeet, JeetBuzz, Mostbet) operate under a Curacao eGaming License.
This license obliges them to treat players fairly. If they don't, they can lose their license (as explained in our Legal Status Guide).

Step 1: Find the License Validator

Go to the bottom (footer) of the betting site.
Look for the Curacao Shield Icon.
Click it. It should open a validation page hosted on curacao-egaming.com or antillephone.com.

Step 2: Prepare Your Evidence (The "Case File")

The regulator will not listen to "They stole my money!"
You need proof. Creating a PDF containing:

  1. Account Details: Username, Registered Email, Date of Registration.
  2. Screenshots: Balances, Deposit History, Error Messages.
  3. Chat Transcripts: Screenshots of support refusing to help.
  4. Timeline: "On Jan 1st I deposited... On Jan 2nd I won... On Jan 3rd they locked me."

Step 3: File the Complaint

On the Validator page, look for a button saying "File a Complaint" or "Contact Operator".
Fill out the form in professional English.

  • Subject: "Unfair Confiscation of Funds - User [Your ID]"
  • Attach your PDF.

Step 4: Wait

The operator (Casino) has 7 days to respond to the regulator.
Usually, the moment they see a formal Curacao complaint, they will contact you to settle the issue because they don't want the headache.

Warning: If you multi-accounted or cheated, the regulator will side with the casino. Only do this if you are 100% innocent.
