You are trying to withdraw money or verify your account, but the Email OTP just won't arrive.
It is frustrating. But it is usually an easy fix.
Note: If you forgot your password entirely, see our Password Recovery Guide.

1. Check the "Hidden" Folders

Betting site emails often get flagged by Google/Yahoo filters.
Check these folders:

  • Spam / Junk
  • Promotions (Gmail users - this is the most common place!)
  • Social
Gmail Spam and Promotions Folder Guide

2. The "Typo" Trap

Did you type user@gamil.com instead of gmail.com?
Go to Profile > Personal Info and verify your email address is spelled 100% correctly.
If it's wrong, you cannot change it yourself. You must contact Live Chat.

3. Storage Full?

If your Google Drive/Gmail storage is full (15GB limit), you cannot receive new emails.

  • Send a test email to yourself from another account. Does it bounce back?
  • If yes, delete some large files immediately.

4. Whitelist the Domain

Add support@borojeet.com (or the relevant site email) to your Contacts. This forces Google to accept their messages.

Pro Tip: Always use a primary Gmail account. Yahoo and Outlook are slower with betting OTPs.
