In poker and betting, the most dangerous enemy is not the bookie. It is You.
"Tilt" is the term for when emotions take over logic.

The Cycle of Tilt

  1. The Bad Beat: You lose a bet you "should" have won (e.g., a last-minute goal).
  2. The Anger: You feel cheated. You want your money back now.
  3. The Forced Bet: You bet on a random match you know nothing about, just to get "action".
  4. The Crash: You lose that bet too. Now you are down double.
The Cycle of Betting Tilt

Signs You Are On Tilt

  • You are increasing your stake size to recover losses.
  • You are betting on sports you don't understand (e.g., Table Tennis at 3 AM).
  • You feel physically hot or angry.
  • You are skipping your normal research process.

How to Fix It

There is only one solution: The Circuit Breaker.

If you lose 3 bets in a row, or lose 10% of your bankroll in a day:
STOP.
Turn off your phone. Go outside. Watch a movie.
Do not log in to Boro Jeet for at least 24 hours.

Your money will still be there tomorrow. But if you keep betting on tilt, it won't be.
